Bryan O'Connor
Bryan O'Connor is an American astronaut who was born on September 6,
1946, in California.
Before he became an astronaut, O'Connor was a Marine pilot.
Bryan O'Connor became an astronaut in 1980. He has spent over 383 hours
in space on two spaceflights.
O'Connor made his first spaceflight aboard Mission 61-B in 1985. The
crew put three satellites into space during this mission. In 1991,
O'Connor became the first American-Irish astronaut in space aboard STS-40.
