What's Inside Venus?
Venus is a little smaller than the Earth, but is probably like the Earth
inside. Venus is
made of rock and metal, and probably has a partly melted metal core, a
rocky mantle, and a crust. The planet rotates very slowly, taking more
than 243 Earth days to spin once on it's axis. This may be why the planet
doesn't have a magnetic field like
many of the other planets, including
Earth.
