A good size group of the scientists try to run daily. It is really amazing how much getting some exercise improves the science that we do! It makes us feel great, and energizes us so that when we go back to work, we are much more productive than if we had just stayed in front of our computers all day. It takes discipline to get out and run as often as we do, but once we are out there we never regret it. I've already written about the wonders of running, but this photo really shows how much we love it, and what environment we get to run in.
