NASA will launch the Imager for Magnetopause -to- Aurora
Global Exploration (IMAGE). IMAGE will take pictures of the Earth's magnetosphere
. It will be
the first time anyone has taken pictures of the Earth's magnetosphere.
IMAGE's orbit will take it far above Earth. It will be almost 27,000
miles off the ground! From that high, it will be able to look at the
