The seven brothers became Ursa Major. The Big Dipper is the more famous part of the constellation.

Ursa Major (Changing Bear Maiden)
In the story of the Changing Bear Maiden, a girl gets very angry and changes into a bear. She chases after her little sister and seven brothers.
She kills six of the seven brothers, but the youngest one brings them back to life. The brothers flew up into the sky, and became the stars of Ursa Major, the Great Bear.
