The Imager for Mars Pathfinder (IMP) made this 360-degree image on Sol 3 (July 6, 1997). From this view, you see three lobes of the deflated airbags that protected the equipment during landing. The rover, Sojourner, travels toward the rock, Yogi. The IMP stands 1.8 meters above the Martian surface. The curvature and misalignment of several sections are due to image parallax.
