What happens to the weather when the humidity goes up? How are temperature and humidity related? Do relative humidity and cloud coverage affect each other at all?
Humidity is the amount of water in the air. The higher the temperature, the more water the air can hold. That is why it feels so 'wet' when it is hot outside! Have you ever felt 'dry' when it is cold?
Humidity changes a lot during the day. If the humidity gets high enough, we can have rain or snow. A high humidity also means there are more clouds because more water is there to make them!
