Marina LaGrave

Ms. Marina LaGrave served as a Spanish translator on the Windows to the Universe project from ~2003 to 2010.  Because she does not have an academic background in science, her translations were checked by a Spanish-speaking scientist, Dr. Eduardo Araujo-Pradere.  Dr. Araujo is a practicing geoscientist at the Cooperative Institute for Environmental Research of the University of Colorado (CIRES-CU) and is also affiliated with the Space Weather Prediction Center of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (SWPC-NOAA).  Since Ms. LaGrave's departure, Dr. Araujo has continued translation efforts on Windows to the Universe.
