Ryan Deardorff
Ryan Deardorff was originally hired to do "HTML" work on the site - finding and fixing broken links and images, as well as other general maintenance tasks. Given an opportunity to learn CGI scripting, however, he soon discovered the miracles of a language called Perl, and immediately succumbed to its philosophy:
"Laziness, Impatience, Hubris." In other words, why do by hand what you can teach a machine to do for you? He has since written a series of scripts which monitor and track the evolution of the site, reporting those pesky typos that lead to broken links and images.
